Meena Prasad, Ph.D.

Dr. Meena Prasad obtained her Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Patna University. She has Masters and Bachelors in Social Sciences from Magadh University. She also has Bachelors in Law from Magadh University. She has been on the faculty in the department of Social Sciences at Magadh University for the last 26 years where she currently serves as Professor of Sociology. She has been an ardent social activist for the last 30 years and has been on the board of many local charities. She has successfully conceived, organized and completed many social projects in the last 30 years in the fields of illiteracy, environment planning, rural development, family planning and health care.

Anil K. Sinha, MBA.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anil Sinha obtained his MBA from Patna University. He has Bachelors in Petroleum Technology from Patna University. His previous experience includes managing director of sugar mill; technical consultancy in petroleum production, petroleum plant management & maintenance; petroleum technologist; and consultancy for many successful start ups. He has been a philanthropist and is on the board of many local charities.

Yogendra P. Srivastava, B.A.

Secretary

Mr. Srivastava is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in home appliance business. He has been the general secretary of All India Sewing Machine Association for the last 15 years. His company is involved in manufacturing, distribution and sales of sewing machines all over India. Prior to starting his own enterprise, he was manager of Star Paper Mills in Saharanpur, India. He has been an active philanthropist for more than 30 years. In his role as Secretary of CareWell he has taken many successful initiatives.

Linda M. Johansson, Psy.D.

Director of Business Development, European Union

Ms. Johansson, a native of Sweden, obtained her Doctorate in Psychology from Roosevelt University , Chicago . She obtained her Masters from Roosevelt University , Chicago and Bachelors from North Park University , Chicago . She serves on the board of prominent local charities both in Europe and in USA . Her work with charities has involved many projects regarding child development both locally and in developing countries. She is on the fund raising committee for prominent charities and has undertaken many successful fund raising campaigns.

Smriti Mishra, MBA.

Chief Operating Officer& Director of Business Development

Smriti Mishra obtained her MBA from Birla Institute of Management, New Delhi. She obtained Bachelors in advertising and marketing from University of Delhi. She has held various mid and senior level management positions in the insurance industry including in Tata Insurance, American Insurance Group and Bajaj Allianz.

Binita Srivastava, D.F.T.

Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Srivastava, a resident of New Delhi, India is a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer. She has extensive experience and wide network in the fashion industry. She is a graduate from the world renowned National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. Her network in the fashion industry has been very helpful to CareWell in generating awareness of its activities and projects. She has traveled extensively in Europe and North America and has been actively involved in many charitable projects and fund raising activities.

Judy Keane, MBA.

Director of Business Development & Communications, North America

Judy Keane, a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. She holds a MBA in International Business and an undergraduate degree in English and the Humanities from Arizona State University, USA. Her professional experience includes Manager of Communications for Maricopa Integrated Helath system, the State of Arizona's Public Helath Care System, public relations and marketing officer and health care manager for Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. Judy has also served as an international humanitarian aid professional procuring and delivering medical supplies to hospitals and refugee camps throughout Bosnia-Herzegovina during the Balkan War. Judy was also employed as an English Professor by the Ministry of Education of Mostar (BiH) at the Ljubuski Academic High School of Advanced Studies from 1995-1997. As a freelance writer, Judy has had numerous articles published in a variety of local, national, international and on-line publications.

Kumar A. Bhardwaj, B.A..

Director of Human Resource

Mr. Bhardwaj is a resident of New Delhi, India and is a graduate from B.N. Mandal University . His work experience includes Operations Executive in a major international shipping line. He plays a vital role in CareWell in putting together an efficient and coherent team for execution of CareWell’s projects and undertakings.
